The GD coupling consists of two fully turned steel hubs (UNI EN 10083/98) with external crowned teeth, connected by an internally toothed sleeve made of stabilized polyamide resin.
Thanks to the specialized tooth profile connecting the hubs and sleeve, a large contact area is maintained even in the presence of misalignment. This reduces contact pressure and significantly extends service life.
The polyamide-to-steel interface ensures silent, reliable operation without the need for maintenance or lubrication. This coupling represents a reliable and cost-effective solution for medium and high-power industrial applications.
