Torsionally rigid coupling
Up to 130 kNm of torque and 220 mm bore diameters.
Designed for applications requiring high reliability, precision, and an optimal power-to-weight ratio. It is ideally suited for high-speed and high-power applications, offering low overhung loads (particularly in the spacer version).
This coupling consists of three main components: two fully turned steel hubs (UNI EN 10083/98) and a stainless steel (AISI 304 C) disc pack connected by high-strength class 10.9 steel screws. In the “double” version (GTR/D), a custom-length spacer (also manufactured from UNI EN 10083/98 steel) is installed between the hubs and the two disc packs.
All GTR coupling components (excluding the spacer in GTR/D and GTR/DBSE models) are manufactured and statically balanced to DIN ISO 1940-1:2003 Grade Q 6.3 prior to keyway machining.
Depending on specific application requirements, static or dynamic balancing can be performed on individual components or on the fully assembled coupling.
